Sorry I have been M.I.A for a few days, but I was busy taking care of my mommy. She got really sick on Tuesday with some sort of stomach thing. It got so bad that Dad and I took her to the emergency room and they made her stay at the hospital overnight. The doctors still aren't really sure what it was, but I am so glad she is feeling better. Grandma Peterson came down to help take care of me. Grandma and Daddy took really good care of me too, but I really missed my mom. It was hard to go to sleep on Tuesday night without her. She got home last night though, in time to put me to bed, and she was home with me all day today. It felt so good to have things back to normal, when I could be home with my Mom and my toys.
And since Mommy was sick and she was trying to wean me off breastfeeding anyway, she decided I could feed off her anymore. I am still a little upset about this whole decision. Instead, I have been getting formula in sippy cups. I guess I am starting to get used to it, but it would have been nice if they had consulted me about this decision!!

Hi Ty,
I'm soooo glad mommy is feeling better. It's awful when mommy or daddy isn't feeling good. And I'm glad grandma could come and help. You are a very lucky boy to have so many people to help you. Don't worry about the breastfeeding thing, look at it this way, you will discover alot more different and great foods this way. Hang in there!
