Laughter is the Best Medicine

So, usually my Mom and Dad don't let me watch a lot of TV. They say it isn't good for me, that it stiffles my imagination. I do watch Baby Einstein videos in the mornings sometimes with my mom. It allows us to stay in bed and cuddle until the house gets warm and the sun comes up. The other night my Dad was flipping through the TV channels and came to Sesame Street. There was this funny character named Elmo on the TV and he sure caught my funny bone. It was just before bed, which is when I tend to be a little silly (either that or cranky).

Disclaimer: Mom and Dad don't usually let me watch TV this close to the set either, but I happened to be playing with the VCR buttons when this came on.

Hi Ty,
Well you made my day again. Grandma laughed so hard I couldn't hear you so I had to keep watching it. Isn't Elmo funny? Can't wait to see you this week.

Love,
Grandma Peterson
XOXOXOXO

Hi Ty! I loved Sesame Street when I was a kid too. It taught me Spanish...I said Agua all the time to my mom and she didn't know what I was talking about! I hope you learn a lot too! I miss you very much, I have your picture right by my door so I see you everyday when I leave my house. I can't wait to see you for your birthday, Auntie Amy loves you!
