Best Birthday Party Ever!

Yesterday was the best birthday party ever! It was my 1st birthday party!! I woke up from my morning nap around noon and when I came downstairs, there was all my family!! There was my all of my grandparents, plus Great-Grandpa and Grandma Young, plus Uncle George, Aunt Laurie with my cousins, Sarah, Karlie and Jenna, plus Uncle Joe and Aunt Michelle with Cohen and Cooper, and Aunt Amy, Aunt Amanda, Scott, Aunt Shannon and Sadie. The house was absolutely packed with people, but that didn't slow me down any. I grabbed my walk-behind car and cruised all over the house, weaving through everyone.

My Dad had knee surgery on Friday, so he had to stay in his chair with his knee up for the day. It doesn't stop him from tossing me around though. He is doing well and should be up and around to play with me by the end of the week.

I think my favorite part of the party was when everyone sang to me and I got to eat my first whole cupcake. And I sure ate a whole one!! I almost ate it in one bite! It was so yummy that I just shoved it in my mouth and kept chewing until it was all gone. Everyone thought it was so funny! I didn't even want to come up for air!

It was a great day! Thanks to Mom and Dad for throwing me a great party! Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate my first birthday and for all the wonderful gifts! It was so much fun to wake up this morning and come downstairs to play with all my new toys! I love you all!!

Hey Birthday Boy,
It was a great party. Mommy did a great job planning it. I think you really enjoyed it from watching you buzz around with your walker. It sure shows the all love we all have for you.

Love you lots.
